The Answer Might Probably Be Yes
Last week, Metromix featured Chef Wylie Dufresne's Bagel ice cream (!) process. If you aren't familiar with Dufresne, there's a rather amusing Esquire article about him here- "Is it possible to fry mayonnaise?"
